Kim Cattrall
Kim Victoria
Cattrall (born 21 August 1956) is a British and Canadian actor from Canada and
the UK. Her character as Samantha Jones in HBO's Sex and the City (1998-04) is
the most well-known of her roles. She won five Emmy Award nominations and four
Golden Globe Award nominees. In 2002, she won the Golden Globe for Best
Supporting Actress. She reprised her role in the films Sex and the City (2008)
and Sex and the City 2 (2011). Cattrall was first seen in Rosebud (1975) before
she was able to take on various roles in television. She came to prominence in
the 1980s with films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984),
Hold-Up (1985), City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little China (1986),
Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1988), Midnight Crossing (1988) as well as The
Return of the Musketeers (1989). Tribute (1980), Porky's(1981), Turk 182 (85),
and Baby Geniuses(1999) were some of her appearances. Her credits in films
comprise The Bonfire of the Vanities (90) and Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered
Country(91), Split Second(92), Above Suspicion (1995) and 15 Minutes (2001),
